Is the 30-day trial unlimited?
Yes! You’ll have unlimited access to OrangeQC for 30 days so you can see everything we have to offer. That includes everything on the Standard plan, as well as the service module add-on. After your 30 days are up, if you decide to start a plan, you’ll keep your account setup and all of your data.
What is an inspector?
An inspector is a person who can use our mobile app to perform quick and easy inspections for your account. If you’re unsure how many of your company’s users will need to have this ability, contact us at support@orangeqc.com, and we’ll help you figure out the right size plan for your business.
Do I need to provide credit card or payment info to start my trial?
No. We don’t require any kind of payment info to start your trial, so you don’t have to worry about auto-renewal or paying for anything you didn’t agree to. And if you do decide to sign up for OrangeQC, we’ll make sure you aren’t charged for the remainder of your trial period, too.
Are there any setup fees?
No. OrangeQC’s simple pricing structure means you pay for your plan—and that’s it. Surprises are for birthdays, not bills.
What kinds of security measures do you have in place?

Can multiple people share the same login credentials?
No. Each person using OrangeQC will need their own username.
What is the difference between an inspection form and a checklist?
Inspection forms are for evaluating quality and capturing complex information. Checklists are for validating service. Inspection forms feature flexible, customizable ratings and inputs, while checklists have simple checkboxes.

Yes! We’re always available to lead a free webinar for your team to walk everyone through how OrangeQC works and what it can do. We also have thorough online instructions and tutorials that walk your team through all the steps.
What does the Starter plan include?
The Starter plan is for smaller teams that want to get their quality control process up and running. It includes accounts for two inspectors, with the option to add more for $50/month each. Features include mobile inspections, tickets, professional reports, and automated email alerts.
What does the Standard plan include?
The Standard plan is for teams ready to run with a full suite of quality control tools. It includes accounts for ten inspectors, with the option to add more for $50/month each. In addition to all of the features on the Starter plan, the Standard plan also includes mobile ticket access for non-inspectors, inspection scheduling, ticket tasks, QR code shortcuts, customizable public pages, and custom logo branding on reports, emails, and portals.
What does the service validation module add-on include?
The service validation module add-on includes accounts for up to 50 checklist users, plus the option to add more for $50/month per group of 10.It includes customizable mobile checklists and visit tracking. If you are adding the service validation module onto the Starter plan, you’ll also gain access to QR code shortcuts, customizable public pages, and mobile ticket access for non-inspectors, which are all usually included with the Standard plan.
Do you offer discounts for large teams?
We can do a custom quote for teams with more than 20 inspectors. Any discounts will apply to the additional accounts beyond 20. Reach out to support@orangeqc.com to request a custom quote.
