OrangeQC is a cloud-based platform used by organizations of all sizes to track and improve quality at facilities around the world. Janitorial teams big and small trust us with their important data, and we take that responsibility very seriously. We also want your experience to be simple—no headaches from managing servers, dealing with updates, etc.
We follow industry best practices and work with best-in-class providers to deliver and maintain smooth operation of the platform.
Where is OrangeQC data saved?
OrangeQC hosting is provided by Amazon Web Services, and all data is stored and hosted in the United States (Virginia).
How does OrangeQC protect my data?
All data is encrypted within our system. Additionally, all data transmitted to OrangeQC is done securely through industry standard protocols (SSL/HTTPS).
How long does OrangeQC retain account data such as inspections, photos, and metrics?
OrangeQC retains account data for as long as you are a customer. If you wish to have a shorter retention period, we will honor requests to purge and remove data.
Do you adhere to any security compliance standards?
Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), has been accredited under:
SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 (Previously SAS 70 Type II)
PCI Level 1
