We’re thrilled to share a huge development on the OrangeQC app: now, any user can log into our mobile app to manage tickets.
The app is no longer limited to inspectors. Everyone can now access our easy-to-use work order software from anywhere. If you have supervisors or other team members who are responsible for corrective actions, they can log into the app and filter to see the tickets they’re responsible for, rather than digging through their email inboxes. Tickets are the communication hub for the activity between all your locations. This step makes it easier to get everyone on the same page about what needs to happen and who needs to handle it.
This feature is currently only available on our Standard and Medium plans. (Starter users, please contact us at support@orangeqc.com to discuss whether upgrading would be a good fit for your business.)
We’re excited about how this feature will help your team respond fast to work orders from inspectors or customers. And you’re welcome to add customers to the mobile app, too. They can snap a picture of an issue and upload a ticket on the spot, then move on, knowing your team will handle it quickly. (Non-inspectors will be able to manage tickets, but not perform inspections.)
